Macaroni and Cheese (Mom's)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 1/2 stick butter cubed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cups x-tra sharp cheese, shredded, and other cheeses as available
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Add salt to water and bring to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until tender. Drain and put in casserole. Add butter, eggs, cheese, and milk. Mix thoroughly. Cook in 350 oven until browned.
