Ingredients
- 20 oz pkg fresh 3 cheese tortellini
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 t Dijon mustard
- 1 t sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 t oregano
- 1/4 t thyme
- 1/4 t basil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 c chopped celery
- 1 can artichokes drained
- 3/4 c green onion chopped
- 1/2 c drained sun dried tomatoes
- 1/2 c sliced kalamata olives
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta just to tender(don't overcook). Drain and rinse in cold water. Whisk may and next 10 ingredients together. Mix celery, artichokes, green onion, tomatoes, olives, pasta and cheese. Pour dressing over and mix well.
