Ingredients
- 3 c apple juice
- 1 c white vinegar
- 1/4 c sugar
- 3/4 c kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan whisk together the apple juice and vinegar over med heat. Pour in sugar and salt. Continue whisking until seasonings are completely dissolved. Do not allow mixture to come to a boil. Remove from pan and cool completely. If using later, store in fridge.
