Karen's Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 (20 oz.) Cans Pineapple Chunks, drained
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 5 Tbs. Flour
  • 1 3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 Cup Crushed Ritz Crackers
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Spray large ovenproof casserole dish with Pam. Pour drained pineapple into prepared dish. Combine sugar and flour and sprinkle evenly on top. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle crushed Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Top with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
