Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- Fettucine pasta
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare a Roux with the butter and flour until it is creamy. Add the heavy cream until it is warm but do not boil. Slowly add the Parmesan unitl it is totally melted into the sauce. Cook the Fettucine pasta per the package instructions. Place the cooked pasta in a large bowl and pour the sauce over it and blend with a fork and serve.
