Ingredients
- 2 3oz. boxes of lime jello
- 1 1/2 C very hot water
- 1 8oz. pkg. of softened cream cheese
- 1 15oz. can of crushed pineapple
- 3/4 C evaporated milk, whipped
- chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to almost boiling, remove from heat and add lime jello. Stir until disolved and syrupy then set aside. Combine softened cream cheese with pineapple juice. Whip evaporated milk in bowl. Add all ingredients together and fold in whipped milk last. Pour into a 9x13 dish, cover and chill overnight. Serve cold.
