Ingredients
- 2 large Vidalia onions
- Olive oil
- Vinegar,
- Red pepper flakes
- Garlic, chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place onion rings in Ziploc bag. Add olive oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Marinate 1 hour.
Place tin foil on grate - grill until char marks on onion rings.
