Stufffed Mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Mix
1 package thawed Stoouffer's Spinach Souffle
1 cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced onions
1/2 teaspoon salt

Place 24 mushroom caps on a baking tray
Brush with melted butter
Stuff with spinach mixture
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes
