Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. red pepper, crushed
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat bread crumbs
- 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 slices lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, garlic powder, red pepper, onion powder, worcestershire sauce, egg and bread crumbs. Form meat mixture into four patties and grill, broil or saute until done. Serve on a whole-wheat bun with lettuce and tomato.
