  • 1 c. Cornmeal
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. Milk
  • 4 t. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Soft Shortening
  • 1 Egg

Mix all together and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
