Ingredients
- 3-5 lbs of russet or yukon gold potatoes
- roasted garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- chicken stock
Preparation
Step 1
boil evenly cut and cleaned potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes or until fork soft.
Make sure the skin is falling off the center mass of most of the pieces, be mindful of any green skin as it is toxic and remove if necessary
take out of water, and mix with roasted garlic (steamed is easy) and butter
