Marinated Carrots

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 2 lbs carrots, cooked in salt water until done and drained
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 15-oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp powdered mustard
  • 1/2 c vinegar
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3/4 c oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Bring sauce to a boil and boil for 1 minute.

Pour over veggies.

Cool in fridge.
