Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs carrots, cooked in salt water until done and drained
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 15-oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp powdered mustard
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 1 c sugar
- 3/4 c oil
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Bring sauce to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
Pour over veggies.
Cool in fridge.
