Ingredients
- 3 lb Brussel sprouts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Coarsely shred Brussel sprouts. Toss the sprouts with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper and spread in even layer in roasting pan
3. Roast for 30 minutes. Rotate and stir after 15 minutes
4. Sprinkle with cheese and back a minute more. Serve immediately
