Ingredients
- 3 C flour
- 1/4 C agave
- 1/4 C vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 t vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 C fat free yogurt
- 1 C fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
350 heat. stir in flour, sugar, oil, vanilla, yogurt and eggs. mix berries with a bit of flour. mix berries in with other ingredients. pour into pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes
