POTATO SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced, cooked potatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced, sweet pickles
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients. Moisten with mayonnaise. Season to taste. Serve hot or cold.
