Ingredients
- 1 16-oz can whole tomatoes
- 2 c chicken broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Tarragon to taste
- Parsley to garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Puree tomatoes and broth in blender until smooth.
Season to taste.
Heat to serving temperature.
Garnish with parsley. Yields 3-4 servings.
