Quick Tomato Soup

  • 1 16-oz can whole tomatoes
  • 2 c chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Tarragon to taste
  • Parsley to garnish



Step 1

Puree tomatoes and broth in blender until smooth.

Season to taste.

Heat to serving temperature.

Garnish with parsley. Yields 3-4 servings.
