PUMPKIN POUND CAKE MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • Sara Lee Frozen Pound Cake
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 t. baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Break pound cake into small pieces. Put in food processor and pulse 5 times. Add the rest of ingredients and combine. Use mini cupcake pans, bake 15 min. at 350.
