Ingredients
- 1 pkg chicken flavored Ramen noodles
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut up
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 c broccoli florets
- 1 c cauliflowerets
- 1 c coarsely chopped cabbage
- 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c bean sprouts, fresh or canned
- 1/2 c soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles, without seasoning, according to directions.
Stir fry chicken in oil 5-6 minutes.
Add vegetables and stir fry 3-4 minutes.
Drain noodles and add to pan with seasoning packet and soy sauce.
Stir well. Yields 4 servings.
