Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blanched, slivered almonds
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté almonds in the butter until golden brown. Add salt and lemon juice. Pour over any broiled, grilled, or baked fish. Makes about 3/4 cup.
