Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup blanched, slivered almonds

  • 3

    tablespoons butter

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 2

    tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Sauté almonds in the butter until golden brown. Add salt and lemon juice. Pour over any broiled, grilled, or baked fish. Makes about 3/4 cup.
