Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 Quart Pumpkin
• 1 1/2 Quarts Milk
• 3 Eggs
• 2 1/2 Cups Sugar
• 3 Heaping Tbs. Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. Allspice

Preparation

Step 1

Put milk and pumpkin over heat and let come to a boil. Add the rest of the ingredients.
