Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless lamb or left over lamb cut up
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 med. sliced onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 teasp salt
- 1/8 teasp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teasp. ground cloves
- 1/2 cup beef boullion
- 1/4 cup tomato juice
Preparation
Step 1
Coat lamb with flour and fry in salad oil until well browned
Stir into dripppings, onion, garlic,curry powder.
Add remaining ing.
Cover and cook for 1 hour then stir in tomato juice
