Ingredients
- 4 oz flounder
- 1 pinch paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 mango, sliced
- coconut oil, for cooking
- 1/2 lime, juiced
Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1 tsp of coconut oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the flounder and sprinkle with seasonings. Cook for 3 minutes on each side. In the meantime toss together mango and lime juice. When flounder is finished top with mixture.
