Meat Balls (with Grape Jelly)

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 3/4 Cup Minced Onions
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Shortening
  • 1 10oz Jar Grape Jelly
  • 1 10oz Bottle Chili Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything except Shortening, Grape Jelly, and Chili Sauce.

Make into 1 inch balls. Melt shortening into large pan, Brown Meat Balls. Drain Fat.

Melt Jelly and Chili Sauce, till jelly liquefies, stirring constantly. Add meat balls.

Simmer 30 minutes.
