Roasted Red Potatoes with Garlic

  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rosemary

Step 1

Quarter the potatoes long-wise. Toss in olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Arrange potatoes in muffin tin - 4 pieces of potato in each cup. Add garlic clove in the middle of the potato quarters. Add 1/2 tsp olive oil on top of each garlic clove. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
