Chickpea Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 4 scallions
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/3 C peanuts or almonds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 T fresh ginger chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

in food processor combine chickpeas, scallions, bread, peanuts, cumin, ginger season with s & p. pulse till roughly chopped. remove 1/2 mix to bowl. add egg to processor. process till smooth. add to reserved mix. grill 3-5 minutes per side.
