Ingredients
- 1 c frozen blueberries
- 1/2 c unsweetened rice, almond, or coconut milk (the drinking kind)
- 1/4 t vanilla extract
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 T toasted coconut flakes
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a blender, combine blueberries w/milk & vanilla extract.
2. Pour into a small bowl & top w/banana & coconut.
