Grilled Turkey and Goat Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 1 10 oz pizza crust (Boboli)
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil -- chopped
  • 7 ounces roasted red pepper
  • 3/4 pound sliced cooked turkey

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated
with cooking spray over medium heat.

2. Spread cheese over one half of crust.
Arrange basil, peppers, and turkey over
cheese. Top with the remaining half of
crust, and cut into 4 wedges. Add sand-
wiches to pan; cook 3 minutes on each
side or until browned.
