Ingredients
- 1 lb red potatoes/ quartered
- 1 c baby carrots
- 3 T Dijon mustard
- 2 T fresh or 1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp or 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tso slat
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 trimmed boneless chuck roast
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c beef broth
Preparation
Step 1
Spray cooker and add potatoes and onions
Mix remaining and spread over roast. Place roast on potatoes and sprinkle with onions. pour broth over
Cook LI 8-10 hours
skim beef juices for gravy
