Wasabi Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup panko crumbs
  • 1/4 cup wasabi-soy almonds,chopped
  • 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 425 degrees. Line a shallow baking pan with foil.

In small bowl, toss panko crumbs, chopped almonds and 2 tsp. oil

Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt. Evenly pat 2 Tbsp crumb mixture on top of each fillet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until fish is just cooked through and topping is browned. Serve with soy sauce, if desired.


Try this too

Spread 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard on each salmon fillet before topping with crumb mixture

Substitute 1/4 cup chopped pecans for wasabi-soy almonds.

Add 2 Tbsp sugar to crumb- almond mixture.
