Ingredients
- For teriyaki-apple reduction:
- 4 salmon fillets, 7 ounces each
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 2 Fuji apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Place apple cider and apples in a saute pan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Reduce by three quarters, stirring occasionally. Add teriyaki to apple reduction. Stir well.
To grill salmon, preheat grill to medium high. Oil grates well, and when hot, place salmon fillets on grill. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes and turn. Grill another 3 minutes and remove from grill.
