Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 C heavy Cream
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1 russet potatoe peeled and diced
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 6 C chicken stock
- S & P
- 3 C broccoli flowerettes
Preparation
Step 1
Saute - onions in butter till tender
add - potatoes and toss
add - stock and simmer
stir in - broccli
when tender - place in blender and blend thoroughly
Add - cream & season to taste
