Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb veal stew meat
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 1 c white wine
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 4 c tomato sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • 12 mushrooms sliced
  • 8 oz frozen peas
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer Veal with oil, white wine, salt, pepper & garlic for 30 minutes. Add tomato sauce, mushroom, onion, and peas and simmer for one hour or until veal is tender.
