Ingredients
- Coconut Macaroons
- 2 cups peaches - cut up
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 carton of whipping cream - whipped
Preparation
Step 1
Squeeze lemon on peaches and mash
Fold this peach mixture into the whipped cream.
Pour in a dish.
Crush the coconut macaroons and sprinkle on top of the peach mixture.
Freeze.
