Ingredients
- 1 Yellow of Cooked Quinoa
- 1 Green of Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Red Onion
- 1 tsp Olive Oil mixed with 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Cook quinoa according to the directions.
Chop tomatoes, cucumber and onions.
Mix olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Toss everything together.
