Ingredients
- 6 6oz salmon fillets,skinned
- 1/4 cup olive oil;
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 4 sprigs thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Place salmon in a a baking dish just large enough to hold them with some space between each fillet of fish. Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar over fish and sprinkle with salt and thyme. Cover fish tightly and bake at 300 for approx 20 min or until salmon is slightly pink in the center. Serve salmon hot or at room temp
