Ingredients
- 1 small red onion-chopped
- 3 large ripe tomatoes- seeded and chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. cilantro-chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to tate. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to blend flavors. Makes about 2 cups of salsa
