- 3 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1 cup shredded cheddarcheese
- 1 cup colby & monterrey jack cheese
- 1 bag frozen broccoli,thawed and chopped
- salt & pepperto taste
- add mushrooms & onions
Preparation
Step 1
Transfer mixture to a lightly greased 2 qt casserole dish & heat oven to 375. Cook for 30 min. until bubbly serve with brown rice
