Cheesy carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of carrots sliced very thin
  • 1 sleeve of saltine crakers crushed
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 T. of dillweed
  • 1 pkg. of velvetta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Lay carrots in buttered baking dish. Take cheese dillweed and butter and melt down in a saucepan and pour over the carrots then add butter to crackers and crushed over the carrots to cover entire top. bake at 375 for 30 mins
