BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 small pork butt roasts (4-5 lbs)
  • Bakery Rolls
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • BBQ sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chili powder, red pepper, paprika and salt. Rub mixture into roasts. Place meat in crock pot, sprinkle with garlic. Add water to crock pot (only enough to barely cover roasts). Cook on high 4 hours, then on low for 7 hours. Remove meat from liquid, pull pork from bone. Discard bone and fat. Serve meat on bakery rolls with BBQ sauce.
