Ingredients
- 2 lbs plum tomatoes coursely chopped
- 6 T butter
- 1 med onion, peeled and cut in half
- 4 T parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Put first three ingredients in saucepan and simmer over a low hear until the toeatoes have reduced and separated from the butter. 20 - 40 min depending on the size of the pan. Remove from heat, remove onions. Toss with pasta and add parmesan.
