Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of cold cooked rice
- 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk or cream
- 2 cups of whole or 2% milk
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 vanilla bean, insides scraped out
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients together in a saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat for 40 minutes. Cool and serve with mango.
