Ingredients
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. grated lime peel
- 1 c. paper thin sliced red onion
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk first 4 ingredients to blend. Season with salt & pepper. mix in onion. Let stand at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours.
