Ingredients
- 1 head of Cauliflower
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 c Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 c Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 t Cayenne Pepper
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cut cauliflower into florets. Cook in boiling water until tender. Drain. Mash while its still warm. Stir in cheese, eggs, panko, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Form mixture into patties. Put olive oil in a shallow skillet and cook patties until golden brown. About 3 minutes per side. Let sit on paper towels to remove excess oil. ENJOY!
