Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey mustard
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 18 oz brown ale or beer
- 2 kielbasa sausages (16 oz each), cut into 4-inch pieces
- 2 onions, quartered
Preparation
Step 1
Combine honey mustard and brown sugar in slow cooker. Whisk in ale. Add sausage pieces. Top with onions. Cover; cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
