Ingredients
- 3/4 c canola oil
- 1/3 c reduced sodium soy
- 1/4 c white vinegar
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T prepared mustard
- 1 t salt
- 1 t fresh ground pepper
- 1 t dried parsley flakes
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 bone in pork loin chops (1 in thick & 8 oz each)
Preparation
Step 1
In lg resealable bag; add first 10 ingredients & mix. Add pork. Seal bag & turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight. Drain & discard marinade.
Grill covered over med heat 4-5 min on each side until thermometer reads 145. Let meat stand 5 min before serving.
