Ingredients
- 1 lb venison (or other lean meat)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 sm diced onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3/4 tsp oregano or basil
- 3/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- dash of hot sauce
- 1 1/2 tbls Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup milk or 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Mix all indgredients and shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs
Place on baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes
