Ingredients
- 1 (2 LB.) PKG. FROZEN HASH BROWNS
- 1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
- 1 TSP. SALT
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
- 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 1 PINT SOUR CREAM
- 10 OZ. GRATED CHEESE
- 1/4 CUP BUTTER
- 2 CUPS CRUSHED CORN FLAKES
Preparation
Step 1
MIX FIRST SEVEN INGREDIENTS AND POUR INTO A 9 X 13 INCH BAKING PAN. IN SAUCEPAN, MELT REMAINING BUTTER AND THE CRUSHED CORN FLAKES. SPREAD OVER TOP OF POTATO MIXTURE. BAKE ONE HOUR AT 350 DEGREES.
