Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup very thinly sliced apples
- 1 crust
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, sugar, salt and nutmeg in a bowl. Stir in egg, sour cream and vanilla. Fold in apples. Spoon into crust. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then lower to 350 and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Remove pie from oven and sprinkle with topping. Bake 10 minutes longer or until golden brown.
Topping:
Mix all ingredients until crumbly.
